Don’t forget folks, that the rally is this weekend in OKC! Hope to see some of you there! I’ll be the one who looks like me. :D

Clip it to your backpack, clip it to your jeans, put it in your pocket, use it to hold your keys, stick it in your glovebox on your scoot, the uses are endless! What is it? It’s a carabiner with an (white) LED light and a bottle opener. I got these on a whim and they have been snagged faster than the regular bottle openers have. Just think, you are out on the side of the road in the middle of the night on your scooter and need to open a beer and see it in the dark. Viola, this bad boy saves the day.

I’ve been playing with other fun stuff to sell and give away at rally raffles, etc. My first venture away from t-shirts and patches (which I love) is my first new item for sale here.

I’ve priced them at $3.50 with $1 for shipping for now to the US. Once I know exactly how much shipping is, I will adjust it. This $3.50 also helps cover the PayPal fees, so I am not making much on these.

I currently have limited quantity of these. I will be ordering more at the beginning of the month.

I will be putting some of it up for sale soon. Working out details with my reseller first. But, I can say, they rock! (The reseller rocks too, but the swag also rocks)

I’ve added ReCAPTCHA to the site to help with spam issues. So, I’ve opened back up registrations for now.

Registered non-spam users should have open access to post comments with no CAPTCHA box, but newbs should have to use it, and then get approved to comment.

And, the biggest problem I was having was the new user registrations by spammers. That is also protected by ReCAPTCHA too.

FWIW, ReCAPTCHA was just purchased by Google, a cool thing in my koolaid drinking book.
