Membership Form
Hey everyone. I am trying a new means to allow for signing up for the club. This form was created using Google Docs. Almost everything except the first name and email are optional, but I welcome any info beyond that.

Hey Robin it’s the Founding dude Eric from The Chicago Scooter Club. Been reading some of your posts over at Modern Buddy and just wanted to say I like your style. Route 66, that’s one I’d like to ride on a few hours to get the “America roadtrip” vibe going for sure.
I am not sure… I would need to dig into my “inventory” and see what I have. I know I have patches left and I think I have some of the larger white vinyl stickers. I won’t be able to look for them until the end of the month… I will send myself a note to remind myself when I get back to do that.
do you have dead bunny decals? the patches look great
